Job Description:
IMMEDIATE POSITIONS AVAILABLE HVAC Service Technician •Commercial experience is essential. •Well-groomed appearance is important to a high quality, professional image. •Valid driver's license acceptable for our vehicle insurer. •Drug-free •Basic service tools for maintenance and repair. •Troubleshooting skills, control wiring experience, and install experience are an advantage. •Regular training opportunities will require your investment in time. You will be expected to stay abreast of the changes in your profession. •Reasonable equipment and materials handling will be required with assistance from others. •Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. •Ability to stay organized. •Self-motivated and detail oriented. •Ability to interact directly with customers, identify needs, create and present proposals. •Ability to positively represent BAS and communicate with others at varying technical levels. •Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. •Ability to read wiring schematics. •Intermediate computer skills are an advantage. •Working knowledge of basic email, Excel, Word, and internet use an advantage. •Mathematical and analytical skills. HVAC Job Foreman •10+ years of experience in the field •OSHA 10 or 30 for the Construction Industry •5+ years running installation crew which includes scheduling, surveys, proposals, discipline, cost management, communication with customers including resolving customer complaints, sales and new account acquisition. •Commercial experience is essential as we are a 100% commercial business. •Well-groomed appearance is important to a high quality, professional image. •Valid driver's license acceptable for our vehicle insurer. •Drug-free •Computer literate and working knowledge of standard technology and software. HVAC Controls Technician •Must have a minimum of five years recent, full time experience working for a licensed Contractor, or maintenance organization installing, repairing, testing, calibrating pneumatic and electrical control systems. •Must be able to read and understand plans, blueprints and schematics related to HVAC and refrigeration systems. •Must have at least two years’ experience in energy management, and building automation systems and programming.
