Job Description:
We are a growing commercial HVAC company in the City of Industry looking to expand our operations and is seeking a dynamic industry experienced Customer Service Representative for our Service Department. Responsibilities: -Create service estimates and proposals -Daily Dispatching of Service Technicians and updating dispatch boards -Job status tracking -Create and issue PO#'s to vendors and Technicians -Request pricing for material/parts/equipment from vendors -Order material/parts for approved jobs -Open new work tickets/jobs in the system and create folders/files -Weekly verification process of Technician work orders against time sheets -Create and update job status reports -Participate in Service Dept., Team, and Staff meetings as scheduled -Other duties include but are not limited to: back up to dept., filing, faxing, data entry, scanning, photocopying, trips to the warehouse, etc. Requirements: -A minimum of 5 years experience in the HVAC Service Industry -Great written and oral communication skills -The ability to work in a busy environment -Sense of urgency -Flexibility/dependability/past work stability -Positive and friendly demeanor at all times -The skill of multi-tasking -Self motivated and a high level of organizational skills -Computer skills: Advanced in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, type 60 wpm, Construction software experience preferred (Computer Ease) This is a full time position, Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm Starting hourly pay: $28-$32 DOE Must perform and pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening Only qualified candidates need apply.
