Job Description:
One of the nation’s leading home service companies is seeking entrepreneurial profit center leaders throughout California. The ideal candidate will have experience in the residential market including, but not limited to the HVAC, Elevator, Automatic Doors or Electronic Security industries. We offer an exceptional compensation package including a base salary of up to $150,000 and an uncapped incentive program based on performance and a comprehensive benefits plan. Direct reports will include a sales manager, operations manager, call center manager and accounting manager. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Lead decentralized branch operations by meeting and exceeding revenue goals including accountability for developing and implementing strategic business planning for sales, field operations and financial performance. Position specifics include the following: Analyze cost and forecast data to ensure alignment with the division’s goals and objectives. Build a team culture by recruiting, motivating and training the staff. Review and promote the maintenance of a safe, accident free and healthy work environment. Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee daily operations to ensure proper procedures and guidelines are in place. Involvement with clients to negotiate and close sales. Advise team concerning sales and advertising practices. Analyze market to determine customer needs, price schedules and capacity planning. Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of experience successfully leading a fast-paced service organization and proven track record of growing a business. Bachelor’s degree required and 4 to 6 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree preferred. Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue objectives. Conflict resolution skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be computer proficient.
