Job Description:
We are looking for a looking to hire a Lead HVAC Service Technician to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. Most of our work is located in the greater Sacramento area, and consists of mainly light commercial and some residential customers. We are looking for someone who is professional and capable of generating good customer relations and trust. Must be reliable, punctual, have a good work ethic, and be professional on and off the job sites. Responsibilities: • Start up new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements • Perform routine preventative maintenance • Respond to emergency maintenance requests • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications: • Minimum 4 years Previous experience in HVAC service • EPA Certified • Nate Certification is a plus! • Clean DMV driving record • Must be able to read electrical schematics • Must understand refrigeration principals • Ability to handle physical workload • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
