Job Description:
Foreman disciplines: Plumbing, Sheet metal and HVAC Supervises the work of journeyman, apprentices, and laborers. Plans, leads, organizes, controls, and performs plumbing, sheet metal and HVAC installations. Reviews blue prints, job specifications and estimates. Completes and maintains (in a timely manner) all required paperwork including but not limited to: Daily Logs, as-builts, time cards, submittal book, and scheduling. Schedules and oversees work projects, including reviewing shop drawings, work plans and cost estimates; and complies with all code requirements and inspections. Prioritizes and plans work activities to complete projects on time (according to General Contractor Master Schedules). Participates in project site meeting and final project post mortem/evaluation. Maintains a safe and clean work environment by following OSHA regulations, PMC, and General Contractor policies. Prepares work records and inventory of tools, equipment and materials. Assists in the development of field employee training to include proper safety standards and practices. Reviews all contract documents to assure completeness. Verify accuracy of as-builts. Provides support and supervision of apprentices Performs other duties as assigned
