Service Technician - National HVAC company TemperaturePro® Westchester County, NY – Fairfield County, CT TemperaturePro® is a rapidly growing HVAC company with a national footprint in the residential and light commercial space. We proudly offer: • Competitive salary and incentive compensation – $30+/hr dependent on experience • Family health insurance at the start of employment • 401k with company match • Paid time off (PTO) – sick, vacation and holidays • Paid training • Company vehicle with GPS and gas card • Cell phone allowance • Ongoing professional development and training • Commission potential based on lead generation Required qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years design, install, maintenance and repair experience for HVAC systems in both residential and light commercial buildings • Must possess a CT S1 License • Self-starter, with the ability to work well independently • Strong customer service skills • Displays a positive attitude, honesty, and integrity • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must pass background check • Valid, clean driving record • Ability to work longer shifts when needed, participate in an on-call duty rotation, and willing to respond to after-hours emergencies, based on the needs of the business Job Requirements • Must be able to service, diagnose, repair and install all types of HVAC systems • Manage customer communications in coordination with the Service Manager • Work with the Service Manager to maintain service contracts and maintenance program agreements • Work with the Service Manager to develop quotes on repair work Job Responsibilities • Participate in ongoing training and development • Participate in safety training meetings • Ensure all service paperwork is correct and accurate • Ensure the proper maintenance, and regular cleaning of the service vehicle • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers • Assist in the procurement of all parts and supplies inventories • Participate in community relations activities with the Business Development team
