Job Description:
Must have a DC 3rd class Engineer license with a minimum of five years experience in supervisory role. Preferably managing a team of ten or more facility maintenance engineers with an outstanding record of successful projects. Able to supervise the operations, maintenance and repair of all building facilities. Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of industry codes. May work in both office setting and on the property addressing HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical type issues. Must have excellent problem solving skills, as well as keen analytical abilities, strong leadership qualities as well as excellent communication skills. Have a full understanding of new technologies and cutting edge methods in the field. Able to perform quality control checks ensuring safety and effectiveness. Supervises the installation of equipment, delegates tasks as necessary and resolves disputes between team members. On call 24/7.
