Job Description:
Company Description: Our client is a premier well-established HVAC Company in Florida that is expanding their Energy Division. Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to: This position will serve in the critical role receiving, interpreting, and analyzing client data. This data will include HVAC system data (e.g. temperature, runtime, condensate, etc.) and utility data. With the data, the analyst will make recommendations based on system trends and anomalies. This person shall also assist the Technical Services Group with coordinating technicians for installs as well as being the team liaison to the service department for scheduling work. Job requires basic controls/air conditioning knowledge, strong organizational skills, and strong communication skills. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Receive, organize, and summarize large quantities of data Analyze data to understand trends and opportunities for improvement Recommend HVAC service work based on data analytics Troubleshooting and testing of control systems Analyzing controls communication issues Perform ENERGY STAR building benchmarks Understand and review customer utility information. Track and organize service agreements workflow Coordinate work with other trades, primarily HVAC or controls technicians Work according to project timelines and required processes Assist in setting up installs and communication with sub installers to ensure a smooth installation Operate within a web-based analytics portal to monitor installed equipment Setup and document equipment information inside the portal Receive alerts from equipment and follow protocols to notify customers Conduct daily analytics of hundreds of units to identify inefficiency or needed service Assist in controls parts orders as needed Assist in controls equipment installs as needed Customer service relations Location: Ft Lauderdale, FL Qualifications: Experience with thermostatic controls systems is a plus Basic understanding of HVAC systems, specifically DX systems from 5-20 tons Basic understanding of utility bills and rates Basic understanding of WiFi, Ethernet, and cellular networks Experience with Windows 7/10, MS word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Google platform Minimum Education: High School Diploma / UA Apprenticeship / Tech-Schools Valid driver's license required Minimum Experience: 1 Years plus
