We are seeking a full time HVAC Technician to join our team JOB DUTIES: Monitors and maintains heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment Perform repairs, general and preventive maintenance on large capacity cooling towers refrigeration systems, evaporative coolers, heat exchangers, electrical/mechanical controls, controllers and general plumbing throughout the community Install, repair, test and rebuild backflow devices on all boilers. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent HVAC license (EPA CERTIFICATE) required 2 -3 years of residential or commercial experience Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing Have a valid Florida Driver’s License with good driving record All applicants must successfully pass a drug screen and Level II background check
