HVAC SERVICE MANAGER MUST BE SELF-MOTIVATOR AND ABLE TO MANAGE TIME MULTI-TASK MUST HAVE STRONG MECHANICAL BACK GROUND IN HVAC MANAGE SERVICE TECHNICIANS STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW-UP SKILLS PROBLEM SOLVER BE A TEAM PLAYER / WORK WELL WITH OTHERS CONDUCT SELF IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AT ALL TIMES COMPUTER SKILLS DUTIES: PLAN, COORDINATE AND DIRECT OVERALL OPERATIONS OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT COORDINATE WITH SERVICE DISPATCHER TO ENSURE PROPER SCHEDULING OF TECHNICIANS ASSIST SERVICE DISPATCHER WITH ANSWERING INCOMING PHONE CALLS ORDER ALL PARTS AND EQUIPMENT PULL PERMITS, SET UP INSPECTIONS AND ENSURE ALL CODES ARE BEING MET DO ALL WARRANTIES FOR PARTS AND RETURNS HAVE ROUTINE SERVICE MEETINGS GIVE ESTIMATES KEEP EQUIPMENT ROOM ORGANIZED AND CLEAN KEEP SERVICE TECH'S ORGANIZED, ACCOUNTABLE AND RESPONSIBLE APPROVE ALL SERVICE INVOICES FOR ACCURACY, COMPLETION AND PRICING CONDUCT INSPECTIONS FOR ALL SERVICE VANS TO ENSURE CLEANLINESS, MAINTENANCE AND STOCK LEVELS ASSIST WALK-IN CUSTOMERS DRIVE A FORK LIFT
