Job Description:
Responsibilities • Hours 7:00am – 3:30pm however this is a salary position, our customer’s needs are our primary responsibility. • Follow the S.O.P. that was provided. (please note this will be a fluid document) • Your position will report directly to the Operations Manager. • Coordinate all efforts with Service Coordinator and Operations Manager to insure the successful execution of our P.M. contracts. • Become proficient with the use of S2000 Service Management Software. • Implement the successful interrogation of the S2000 Preventive Maintenance Module. • Review tasking for accuracy; notify the account manager of additional work required. • Provide a P&L report on each contract 2 months prior to the contract renewal. • Set up new contract review meetings with the team to insure its success. • Manage all Planned and Guardian Service Agreements. • Review Service Work Orders daily. o Checking for materials being charged out. o Additional work needed and notifying the Service Coordinator and Operations Manager. o Reading the ticket to be sure it is clear. • Coordinate with the service coordinator to effectively Manage Agreement labor hours per the contract o On a weekly/daily basis o Manage number of inspection o Verify and keep up with estimated hour’s verses actual inspection hours on job. Sometimes it will require a daily review of hours to insure “we” are managing the hours. If the hours differ more than 5%; notify Operations Manager & Account Manager immediately. Include all information and service tickets. (it is critical to catch an issues each inspection daily epically with Larger contracts ) • Set up Primary & Secondary Technicians for each contract, maintaining a chart of hours and skills needed (in S2000) reviewing with the operations manager on changes. • The operations manager and Account manager will be notified of any deviation in the primary technician changes, no exceptions. • Provide dispatch service in the event the Service Coordinator is on PTO time or out sick. o Update equipment information, filters, belts and any other information from inspection reports. GPS Tracking (In Touch) • Update any needed information required in the In Touch system. Filing • Filing will be completed during the week it is provided; it is a vital requirement of the job! Other Responsibilities Make at least three happy calls three times a week to our customers, • Letting them know we appreciate the business, ask how we have performed, if we can assist them in anything, and bring the results to our Monday meeting. • Assist in answering phone when required. • Assist Michele (VP of Finance) with job reports • Whatever needs to be done to make the team successful. Requirements • Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word • Excellent attendance record (verifiable record) • Great attitude • Team player • MUST BE VERY ORGINIZED • Versatile – able to change with what is required, we are a service company so things change hourly.
