Job Description:
HVAC – Project Manager We are looking for a new team player due to the tremendous growth of our 45-year-old company! Description: Our Company is actively seeking a HVAC Project Manager to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects in support of business objectives, in accordance with deadlines and within budget. We are looking for a candidate who can effectively manage risk, maximize profits and further our relationship with customers. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): • Assist in managing the execution of the installation by our HVAC field teams, • Develop and maintain installation documents and procedures for each project, • Overseeing all aspects of pre-construction of projects to ensure optimal customer service, efficient use of equipment, personnel resources, while meeting budgetary goals, • Utilize building details and measurements to properly size and design commercial HVAC systems based on current industry standards, codes, and regulations, • Prepare submittals, pricing, closeout documents, and proposals for HVAC projects. Requirements: Proficient in the use of industry standard load calculation software, 2+ years’ experience in HVAC design and estimating, a clean driving record and ability to pass background check, must pass pre-employment drug screening, must present a professional image, proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and various construction/estimating software (or the ability to learn), possess knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques, excel at communication and organization, ability to work well with a wide variety of individuals and in varied locations. Full-time salaried position, normal work hours are between 6:30am and 5pm Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak times. Benefits and compensation will be discussed at interview.
