Allgood Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Cooling of Snellville is looking for a LEADER who is able to motivate, train and lead a Sales Team to success! A proven track record and prior Sales Management experience could land you a Sales Manager position with our winning team at Allgood. In this highly visible role, this individual will be responsible for driving sales goals and must be able to evaluate, analyze, and monitor assigned market area to ensure our sales team is meeting objectives and goals. Education/Experience: Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of strong operational and/or sales experience preferably in the HVAC industry. Prior in-home sales experience a plus. Candidate must possess the ability to generate and monitor revenue at necessary margin levels and understand the sales process for HVAC service and replacement sales. Strong people management, interpersonal, public speaking and written communication skills are required.
