Commercial Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration Company looking for a reliable, motivate person that can be a leader / dispatcher within the office for field personnel, we are hiring in 2 of our locations: Lake Zurich and Aurora, IL. Responsibilities: General Office Duties may include but but are not limited to: Answering Phones Customer Service Maintain office supplies Mail, shipping, and receiving (ups, fed-ex) Manage special projects, and insure completion utilizing available resources Support to service manager Dispatch, and manage field personnel time sheets correspondence letters and document preparation Candidate Qualifications Must Include: Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook Efficient computer navigation and typing skills QuickBooks advanced inventory system experience a plus Must be able to work independently Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong work ethic Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated
