Job Description:
Looking for HVAC service technician or HVAC installation technician looking to learn service. Minimum 3 years in HVAC trade. We are mainly residential, some package units. We work on forced air systems, boilers, mini-splits, high velocity AC systems. Must have Valid drivers license and clean record. Must have EPA certification.
Service Technician Benefits:
1) Paid health insurance after 90 days for the individual, option to add family.
2) 5 paid vacation days after 1 year, 10 after 2 years, 15 after 5 years, 20 after 10 years
3) Time and a half after 8 hours not 40
4) Double time after 8pm during the week and on weekends
5) $35 for every non call back overtime service call
6) $100.00 for weekend on call Tech
7) Paid uniforms
8) Sales commission on new equipment sales
9) Yearly bonus
10) 3% match on Roth IRA
