Complete Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning We’re looking for exceptional installers to deliver the most efficient, highest quality customer experiences in residential HVAC repair and installation. As an HVAC installer, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team. You will install professionally designed heating and cooling systems. We are looking for a well rounded installer that has the ability to install and run light service calls. WE HAVE WORK YEAR ROUND. Tired of not getting your hours but love what you do. Responsibilities Complete all general HVAC in-home, installations. Know how to establish customer rapport and leave the customer 100% satisfied before leaving the job site. Keep work area cleaner than before you arrived. Manage jobsite to ensure everything is clean and neat at all times. Educate and assist customers in transition to their new comfort system. Go above and beyond for the client. Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and gain reviews. Work along side customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business. Maintain a clean, organized, and well inventoried truck. Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations. Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, Start up sheets, pictures, and feedback. Requirements Work experience and knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job applications. Proven track record in heating and cooling systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blue prints and other diagrams. Clean, safe driving record. Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Strong verbal and written communications. Passionate about taking pride in the quality of work you do. High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections. Strong desires to be a better installer tomorrow than you are today. Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, customer focused environment. Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team. Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude on life.
