Their diverse team strives in the advancement of our technology and meeting or surpassing our customer’s expectation. The Role: They have three immediate salaried openings for an experienced (2 to 10 years) full time Service Technician. As a start-up Service Technician your duties will include; inspecting the equipment and making minor changes as required, conducting the equipment start-up procedure, training the site maintenance personnel, collecting the operational and site data, photographing the installation site and equipment. They are also dedicated to the personal growth of our employee and we believe in the value of continual education. For this reason, this entry level positions as a start-up service person is the beginning of a career that will lead to supporting customer, conducting warranty repairs and eventually becoming a specialist of one’s choosing in refrigeration, field installation or controls. Locations: Baltimore Qualifications: A broad spectrum of experience in HVAC systems, controls, and repair from at least ten years in the industry or five year’s experience and a graduate certificate from a technical program in HVAC technology Enjoy working with electro-mechanical components and controls Must have a valid refrigerant recovery certificate Have good customer support skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Clean driving record Basic hand tools Ability to work overtime as required Ability to travel on overnight trips on a weekly basis Ability to travel abroad (Canada) for training Ability and willingness to continue to learn new skills, processes, and concepts Benefits include: Top pay Employer paid health and dental 60% of private insurance (max 350$ per month) Paid holidays Paid 2 weeks’ vacation Workman’s Compensation Working from home when site work is not available All major/specialty tools supplied Company supplied Cell phone
