Position: Service Agent Centerline Communications, LLC has a Service Agent opening in our West Bridgewater, MA office. We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join a fast-growing company specializing in wireless communications and facility services across the country. We expect our Service Agents to exhibit leadership potential, to be results-oriented, and driven to succeed. Who We Are Centerline Communications, LLC works with all the major wireless operators and equipment manufacturers in the U.S. and leaders in the industry ecosystem. It is a full-service operation, specializing in the development, construction and maintenance of wireless telecommunications networks. Centerline Communications, LLC also offers a complete package of facilities services, including HVAC, mechanical and electrical maintenance for commercial businesses. In less than a decade, the company has grown from 5 to more than 160 employees, covering 30 states, with offices in two major cities in the U.S. Position Summary: The Service Agent position is part of our Managed Services Division and works with our Service Team who are responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the Service Operations Group. The Service Agent will be responsible for managing the daily flow of service technicians, customers and work orders. Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain the service technician’s daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. - Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain customer database with current information. - Communicate with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times. - Take incoming customer calls. - Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received - Create dispatch ticket for all service calls. - Dispatch Service Technicians, one call at a time. - Dispatch Service Technicians from home to first call. - Debrief Service Technicians after completion of each call. - Maintain the dispatch board / schedule. - Maintain site history files in database. - Facilitate return of warranty parts. - Update service database from service ticket. - Maintain service invoice log. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to type, file or lift office supplies up to 20 pounds. The employee is frequently required to walk, sit, stand, talk and hear. Required Education and Experience: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) - Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time exempt position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Some evenings required. Travel: - No travel necessary.
