Title: Account Manager Company Description: Our client, a prestigious HVAC company specializing in both residential and commercial comfort, is seeking a Residential Sales Representative. The right individual will be a self-starter, with the ability to build rapport with customers and close business. Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to: You will diligently follow up on leads and close sales for HVAC, service and maintenance contracts for HVAC Complete tracking system (CRM) and appropriate order forms and proposals Understand the four primary product lines and successfully graduate the technical training courses for each Hit a 40% close rate and ability to generate additional leads and new business Develop new sales leads from customer referrals and when going to existing leads Close sales Follow up with customer get testimonials and referrals Location: Greater DC, Northern VA Market Qualifications: Must have 5 years’ in-home sales experience selling HVAC or any other product or service Must be able to show a proven track record of professional sales success (i.e. sales reports, ranking, sales awards attained, etc.) and strong closing skills Strong desire to make over 6 figures. Company’s sales reps can make well over that. Self-motivated and capable of working independently Looking for entrepreneurial top sales people that want to grow with company and will help modify processes and structure during growth Must have high energy with positive attitude Professional image
