JOB OPPORTUNITY Location: ARS of Laurel, Maryland ARS of Laurel is looking for a LEADER who is able to motivate, train and lead a Sales Team to success! A proven track record could land you a Sales Manager position with our winning team in our Laurel, Maryland service center. In this highly visible role, this individual will be responsible for driving sales goals and must be able to evaluate, analyze and monitor assigned market area to ensure our sales team is meeting objectives and goals. Recruiting and training of sales staff is required. This opportunity is for an individual who is career minded with the desire to succeed! Duties and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to) • Work closely with GM to achieve revenue goals • Drive Sales Force • Manage and achieve budgeted goals • Facilitate training for sales representatives, service technicians and customer service representatives • Schedule meetings/coaching sessions each week with sales Education/Experience: • Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of strong operational and/or sales experience specifically in the HVAC industry. Candidate must possess the ability to generate and monitor revenue at necessary margin levels and understand the sales process for HVAC service and replacement sales. Strong people management, interpersonal, public speaking and written communication skills are required. All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
