Job Description:
Position Overview Responsible for administrative support and sales growth of the parts department and ensuring total customer satisfaction. Essential Job Functions o Receives customer’s requests via phone and email. o Prepares customer quotations. o Run open quote reports weekly and follows up with customers via telephone. o Enters all customer orders in order entry system. o Provide tracking information to customers o Fixes billing problems, issues RGA’s / credits as needed. o Assists with inventory cycle counting. o Keep accurate customer records / files. o Process shipping labels and ship available inventory from warehouse. o Responsible for invoicing all orders. o Assist in processing warranty claims. o Helps with entering inventory into software system. o Helps improve internal processes. o Performs duties that are not listed on this job description but assigned by the Parts Manager. Requirements o High School Diploma and three to five years of inside sales experience. o Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning experience or knowledge highly preferred. o Strong customer service skills / ability to create and maintain relationships. o Moderate PC skills in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. o Highly organized and ability to perform multiple tasks. o Energetic with the ability to influence others. Other Skills/Abilities Problem solving skills: Ability to understand the customers requirements and make recommendations to provide solutions and resolve issues. Use of resources: Ability to use many resources available to obtain necessary information to provide correct information to customers. Physical requirements: This is an office position that requires hours of sitting / standing / walking and occasional lifting and moving of up to 25 lbs is required when shipping parts from warehouse.
