Job Description:
The Commercial HVAC Account Sales Representative is responsible for increasing company sales through account development and management. Primary focus will be managing sales activities for new and existing commercial clients. Focus will be on HVAC maintenance contracts, HVAC replacements and HVAC Repairs. Work with commercial service team to assure all quotes are delivered in accordance with customers’ expectations, and customer commitments are exceeded. Responsibilities: • Primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining customer relationships • Develop new commercial customer base • Identify prospects in St. Louis Commercial Market • Set up appointments with potential customers to understand their business • Establish rapport and identify customer needs and budget requirements • Qualify opportunity/compelling events • Develop solution based on customer’s needs/compelling event • Maintain an on-going sales pipeline • Become customer solution provider • Review sales install opportunities with project manager prior to delivering proposals • Turn over sold projects to project manager for execution • Attend weekly Service Team Meetings • Assure all customer commitments are documented in proposal and reviewed in detail with project manager Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Commercial/Industrial/Institutional Sales Industry • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or applicable field • Well organized, hard worker, team player • Must have strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills • Ability to sell at all levels of an organization • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills in a fast paced environment We offer an attractive compensation plan, along with a comprehensive benefit plan including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, company-paid Life Insurance, Cafeteria Plan, and 401k Plan with company contributions, Holidays, Vacation, paid Training, company provided phone and vehicle, and more.
