Job Description:
$16.00 to $20.00 an hour depending on experience. We are an established HVAC Company in the Las Vegas area. We are looking for an Office Manger / Dispatcher who is Bilingual. (Spanish/English). Job Duties include but not limited to: Seeking a self starter to help with dispatching of HVAC Techs, and managing the administrative tasks related to the day to day operations of the business. Prepare work orders for HVAC Techs. Communicate with end customers related to the job to be performed. Handle the filing of compliance related matters. Enter AP & AR, and basic accounting tasks. Handle any other related administrative task as required. Qualifications: Experience in Administrative or (Dispatching a plus). Requires to read, write and speak excellent English/Spanish. Requires having excellent communication and the ability to work independently. High school diploma or GED and personal computer skills, QuickBooks, Excel Spreadsheet, MS Word, Email, Internet and Data entry.
