Job Description:

Looking for a self-motivated, hardworking and detail oriented individual to perform HVAC Project Design/Build Sales. Personal Skills required for this position include but not limited to the following: • Strong communication skills • Strong customer service skills • Ability to work well with others, strong team player • Timely and accurate in all areas of the job • Ability to multi-task • Excellent computer skills including MS Word & Excel Job Duties include but not limited to: • Respond to customer request for HVAC solutions including equipment replacement, upgrades and design build projects • Develop new customers from a variety of places such as personal contacts, business associates, business owners, and contractors • Monitor public and private bid offerings for possible opportunity’s • Perform comprehensive estimating tasks including procuring bid documents, performing take-off, budgeting, generate bid and or bid proposal • Perform design build responsibility including accessing customer needs, design solutions, design documenting, and proposal generation • Perform comprehensive project management including project booking, purchasing, internal and external scheduling, project coordination, budget tracking, and project closeout • Maintain sales funnel including bid log and sales log • Advanced customer service skills • Extensive HVAC knowledge and estimating skills Strong salary and benefit package for the right individual, including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation & holidays, 401K matching program.
