Job Description:
Local HVAC service and start-up company in search of hard working intelligent HVAC service technicians. You must posses a strong knowledge base of HVAC troubleshooting skills, enjoy the trade and be willing to be factory trained in the off-season. In addition, you need to have strong communication skills, posses a team player attitude and can complete the following tasks: Effectively and efficiently diagnose and repair HVAC equipment including: package units (air and water cooled), water source heat pumps, air handling units, VFD’s, cooling towers, pumps, etc. Routine maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems Familiarity with split systems, chillers, controls, BMS, etc. Brazing, piping, reading schematics, component replacement Aaon, Watt Master, Mammoth experience is a plus but not required REQUIREMENTS High school diploma and technical school training EPA Universal certification (including R-410A) OSHA 10hr certification Valid clean driver's license On Call responsibilities 4+ years of actual task experience Willingness and desire to provide our clients with a superior customer service experience COMPENSATION Highly competitive salaries and annual raises Newer company vehicle, fuel card , EZPass and company tools Company credit card for out of vendor network purchases iPhone and iPad Full benefits Uniforms Paid vacation and holidays Birthday off with pay Sale bonuses and commissions Paid training and travel costs Referral program Weekly payroll with direct deposit Tool replacement program Retirement plan with 401K This is your exciting opportunity to join the winning TEAM!!
