Job Description:
Title: Project Sales Representative Company Description: Our client, one of the region's largest and most respected mechanical and facility services firms, is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join their team as a Project Sales Representative. This north-eastern NY state territory is broad, lucrative, and ready to be developed by the right individual. Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to: *Direct sales of company services, preparing proposals and quotes and managing sales cycle from start to close *Ensure a high level of high customer satisfaction with every account *Ensure that sales revenue and gross margins meet or exceed assigned targets *Prepare reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation *Actively participate in training *Attend meetings, trade shows, seminars, and other networking events as needed or requested *Keep up with industry trends, standards, and products keep informed on what would be of interest to customers *Actively pursue and contact prospective customers *Develop and sell service repairs and projects with the goal of meeting sales quota *Gather customer requests and technician recommendations on projects *Design, estimating, proposals, sale, and project management Location working out of: Latham, NY Qualifications: *Minimum 3-5 years of industry relevant sales experience *Exceptional sales, problem solving, presentation, negotiating and oral and written communication skills *Confidently experienced in Mechanical HVAC or Controls *General knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe *Understanding of purchasing process *Fit client company core values *Sales Growth Fanatic *Local market knowledge is a plus FOR MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE CONTACT: Kyle Schaper at kyle@hvacrecruit.com or call directly at 484-784-6107
