HSA Mechanical is seeking motivated problem-solvers to diagnose, maintain and repair HVAC systems and boilers throughout the Lehigh Valley and Eastern PA. You will service a broad range of commercial and industrial customers, including large office buildings, healthcare facilities, school districts, and institutional customers. What We Offer: • Full benefit package including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance • Paid vacation • 401K plan with company matching program • Company service van for use on company-related business • Tool allowance • Specialized training for aspiring technicians • A team-oriented work environment open to new ideas and improving processes What You’ll Do: Key duties and responsibilities include: • Service product and equipment on assigned projects and ensure customer satisfaction • Perform repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC & control systems • Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer's location and provide technical support • Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers • Complete documentation of work on each job and maintain files • Represent company by serving as a direct customer contact • Determine parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need • Demonstrate and promote a spirit of cooperation and teamwork throughout the Company • Build and maintain long term customer relationships through outstanding service and responsiveness to customer needs QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and must have the ability to communicate professionally with co-workers and customers. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning; five years of residential or commercial experience required; education can be substituted with an additional 5 years of experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Valid driver's license, Universal EPA certification are required. PA State Police, PA Child Welfare & FBI fingerprint background check are a condition of employment, due to the requirements of our public school clients.
