Job Description:
Servicing the tri-state area for over 40 years, Hawks & Company is the leading commercial and industrial HVAC & Energy Services Company. We value our customers and our employees, and are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Rep to support our service operations. This position will be responsible for a variety of functions including, but not limited to, customer contact to schedule and follow-up on service calls, dispatching 20 service techs daily, invoicing customers, issue purchase orders, and coordinate delivery of materials/equipment to meet obligations. A Successful Candidate: • Exhibits passion for customer service, takes initiative, and exudes a smile in their voice when answering calls from employees, vendors, and customers. • Personable and can work independently but maintains a strong sense of being part of the team. • Professional in all communications, verbal or written, with customers, vendors, and staff. • Possesses sound judgment and ability to think in manner that is proactive in problem resolution. • Strong time management and planning skills. • Advanced computer skills – familiar with databases, and proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel).
