Job Description:
Individuals will be expected to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair all mechanical, refrigeration and HVAC equipment. • Experienced with motor control systems • Experienced in trouble-shooting and repairing mechanical and HVAC equipment • Experienced in trouble-shooting and repairing refrigeration equipment • Experienced in the continual practice of safe work habits • A team player with desire to work in a fast paced environment must have initiative and pride in work • Must have the ability to work independently and be dedicated to continuous improvement initiatives • Proficient in written and verbal communication skills • Able to safely replace mechanical and electrical components including motors, motor starters, switches, solenoids, pumps, refrigeration valves, and compressors • Possess a valid NYS driver's license • Possess or obtain a universal refrigerant license. • Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule and be able to respond to unplanned breakdowns with a sense of urgency • Able to demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting techniques. • 3-5 Years experience preferred • Salary to commensurate with experience • Standard Healthcare and Dental, 401k eligible after 6 months of employment
