THE POSITION: The job of an HVAC/R Service Technician was established for the purpose/s of providing HVAC services with specific responsibility for identifying repair and/or replacement needs; installing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading HVAC systems and equipment; assisting other skilled trades; and ensuring that tools and materials are available at job site. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of service Independent worker Ability to learn multiple sized and types of systems Good appearance, organizational skills, and detailed oriented Hands on knowledge of one or more of the following: HVAC systems (1-50 Tons) Commercial Refrigeration Boilers (gas and oil fired) Electrical Troubleshooting Digital Controls Flexibility to work overtime/weekends/holidays, as necessary Education: High school diploma or equivalent Universal type refrigerant certification Valid driver's license-HVAC Technician's License (where required) WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY: $80k-$120k Benefit Packages based on experience Medical/Prescription Drug Insurance Dental Vision 401K 2 Weeks PTO Paid Holidays Service Truck Company Phone Uniforms Tool Loans Continuing Education $100 Reimbursement Fee Towards Work Boots Each Year
