Job Description:
SALES ASSOCIATE We are looking for a skilled an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a minimum of two-four years experience in HVAC sales and love your line of work, you have found the right company! We only hire employees who are driven to deliver results, motivated to get the job done and understand the HVAC business. Also must: - Pass both a drug test and background check - Offer a flexible work schedule - Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record We offer a competitive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid training, paid vacation and company vehicle. The ideal candidate must: - Exceed or meet personal sales targets while demonstrating a solid customer focus. - Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers while maintaining key clients. - Develop a strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge. - Professionally advise homeowners after determining their correct heating and cooling needs. - Provide input, creative solutions and ideas to the General Manager on business offerings. - Act as company administrator for the Customer Relation Management (CRM) database. - Manage and prioritize sales leads prepared by the Marketing Team. - Develop new accounts through analysis, exploration, networking and referrals. - Provide proposals quickly and accurately to customers. - Work with existing clients in finding opportunities for user groups or additional services. - Work with Marketing Team and General Manager to provide ideas about new outbound market sales. - Work on special projects and contribute to team effort. - Provide detailed updates on job activities to the General Manager on a daily basis. - Provide feedback from clients to General Manager in a timely manner to assess possible improvements to existing products and the need for new products.
