Job Description – Service Operations Manager Service Operations Manager position available with a Mechanical Contractor in the San Antonio, Texas vicinity. Job Tasks & Responsibilities The day-to-day operations including coordinating, managing, and monitoring the workings of the service & replacement department. Review financial statements & data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Control inventory – Plan effective strategies for the well-being of this department. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff for the service department. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules, supervise staff, monitor and evaluate performance. Manage customer support. Plan and support sales team & marketing strategies. Manage maintenance of service vehicles, equipment, and company tools. Provide technical support when necessary to team members. Requirements College degree or extensive technical training and experience. Knowledge & experience in organizational & operational management. Proficient in MS Office Suites. Good oral & communication skills. Valid driver’s license & pre-employment screenings.
