Job Description:
Integrity Comfort Solutions is seeking an HVAC service manager with 8+ years of experience who is capable of leading a high energy team of residential service technicians. The service manager must be capable of assisting technicians with diagnosis of basic as well as high end residential HVAC equipment. Job Responsibilities: Assist technicians with technical duties over the phone and in the field when necessary. Assist with training and development of technicians through in- house and 3rd party training Track call backs on each technician and report them to General Manager Resolves customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensures that service trucks are properly stocked at all times and that parts for special orders are ordered and dispensed properly. Reviews payroll records to ensure that technicians are paid properly Evaluates work load and schedules service work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits. Instructs technicians on proper use of materials and quality workmanship Ensures all technicians have the proper tools at all times. Must have strong drive and initiative to continuously succeed and grow. Must be capable of understanding client needs and providing quality customer service. Must be authorized to Work in the US.
