Within just Dallas/Fort Worth and the Houston areas hundreds of restaurants, hotels, hospitals and schools rely on us daily to provide preventative maintenance, service, and parts for commercial refrigeration, commercial HVAC, and commercial cooking and all kitchen equipment. The majority of our accounts are very large national, multi-location accounts with a strong customer service need. As a premier service provider we look for quality people and management that are able to provide quality equipment repair as well as extraordinary customer service. Our technicians provide preventive maintenance, warranty work, repair services, and parts for commercial refrigeration, kitchen equipment, beverage and other kitchen equipment in restaurants, hotels, nursing homes, schools, and corporations. Our technicians are given a lot of freedom to provide service and control their schedule as long as the job is getting done. This means very little direct supervision as long as you are making things happen in the field. We are a fast growing company with lots of room for qualified individuals to advance and grow in their field with 2 new branch locations opening within the next year. We are adding customers almost daily and always growing. Your job is to perform service, and our job is to make you love performing service for us!! Main Responsibilities: - Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on commercial refrigeration systems such as walk-ins and rack systems - Ability to assist subordinate technicians and/or other technicians with technical support - Effective troubleshooting and problem solving of service issues - Ensure accurate troubleshooting and diagnosis of subordinate technicians and/or other technicians - Be a reliable leader to the service technician staff as well as maintain the company interests at all times - Maintain strong customer relations and thorough communication with customers at all times - Attend appropriate technical and manufacturer training - Work with a team mentality, and a get it done attitude Basic Qualifications: - A minimum of 5 years commercial refrigeration experience and management experience - Valid driver’s license with a good driving record - Willingness and the ability to be involved with the emergency on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends - Organizational skills and a good positive attitude Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years experience with refrigeration rack systems with strong preference given to those with 10+ years of experience - Experience supervising 5 or more employees as a field service manager or supervisor - Experience with both HVAC/R equipment as well as commercial kitchen equipment - Self-motivated with the proven ability prioritize and work independently with minimal direct supervision Compensation: - Top pay rate equivalent to $75,000+ based upon experience - Company Provided Medical and Dental Health Insurance - 401K with matching - 2 weeks paid vacation - Paid Holidays - Opportunities for bonuses and commissions Job Type: Full-time Salary: $75,000.00 /year Job Location: Houston, TX Required experience: Management or Supervisor: 1 year field service: 5 years commercial refrigeration: 5 years
