Sales Manager – HVAC TemperaturePro North Tarrant County – Keller, Texas TemperaturePro® is coming to the great state of Texas to serve the North Tarrant County Area We are a rapidly growing and national HVAC company with a focus on residential and light commercial needs. The Sales Manager will report into the General Manager and be involved with driving strategic initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience and be comfortable with new customer prospecting, public speaking, and networking within the community. Job Requirements • Return all phone sales leads and or phone calls the day they are received • Run all scheduled sales leads on time • Attend company meetings and training classes • Maintain a minimum of 40% closing ratio. This ratio will be adjusted with yearly goals. • Perform follow up calls and visits • Complete all financing paperwork (financing must be approved before scheduling the job) • Schedule installations and provide list of required equipment/materials • Follow Change Out Documentation Requirements • Visit job site during change out • Meet or exceed scheduled budgets • Complete and submit sales report monthly • Be available to run sales calls, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sales Call Process • Be prepared – make sure to have all brochures, financing paperwork, proposals, etc. • Log customer information on the sales log in preparation of monthly sales report • Call customer 15 minutes before arriving to reconfirm appointment and to let the know you are on the way • Arrive promptly on time • Complete a thorough evaluation of customer’s existing system and document with digital photos • Complete Change Out Documentation Requirements • Discover customer’s needs • Prepare three different proposals and options for the customer to choose from • Present materials – educate customer • Ask for business • Leave brochures with the customer that you are recommending • If customer doesn’t commit on the spot leave proposal and schedule a follow up visit or at a minimum a follow up call.
