Job Description:
Sales Professional (Residential HVAC) DFW, Plano, Texas We Have Residential Sales Consultant opportunity that serves as an outside sales professional responsible for developing Service Experts residential sales and services to increase revenue, through customer presentations and lead generation. You Will • Generate sales through various customer prospecting techniques such as cold calling, customer referrals, personal networking, and customer contact. • Consults with customer on HVAC and indoor-air quality needs, delivers sales presentation utilizing company-established sales process, and closes sale to provide the customer with the best solution for the customer’s budget. Suggest additional and/or alternative products or service to meet customer needs. • Conducts customer and technical assessments, and calculates heat gain and loss and load calculations, and prepares cost estimate for equipment and accessories. • Utilizes Service Experts marketing data, tools and promotions to maximize sales effectiveness. • Conducts customer follow-up on completion of installation, including photographing installation, reviewing system operation, and requesting referrals. You Are Highly ambitious, results oriented, and self-motivated You Have • High school graduation or GED. Post-secondary education preferred. • Prior sales experience with a preference for experience with direct selling to consumers in such fields as life insurance, financial services, in-home security, water treatment, pest control, home improvement, and other residential product and service areas. • Strong selling and business-development skills. Effective at a consultative and collaborative sales approach and at generating own sales leads. • Excellent customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
