Job Description:
Work Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, weeknights and weekends are common. On-call rotation. Primary Job Function: Diagnose, maintain, and repair various types of HVAC equipment while providing excellent customer service. Daily Duties: 1. Perform system diagnostics and propose solutions to customers while on demand service calls. 2. Conduct preventative maintenance on all types of HVAC equipment 3. Effectively communicate concerns to customer, and relay that information to the office so that repairs can be quoted effectively. 4. Abides by company policies 5. Other duties as assigned Performance Indicators: Certain key business indicators will measure the effectiveness of this position. These include the following: 1. Productivity factors come in at or under our historical average 2. Customer compliments 3. Reduction in the number of callbacks as a result of failure to understand the nature of a problem. 4. Minimize unapplied time.
