Will Fix It part of the ARS network of companies is looking to hire a HVAC Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should have a strong business acumen and results driven attitude with experience as a Sales Manager to join our Team in San Antonio, Texas. The Sales Manager will create, monitor, evaluate and implement strategies to maintain and improve the Company’s sales volume and penetration in the San Antonio market. This position is responsible for sales volume, expense control, market share and achievement of sales goals. You must not only be self-motivated but possess the ability to motivate others and not be afraid to lead a team by example. Strong organizational skills a must and experience planning promotional events a plus. ESSENTIAL DUTIES •Develops sales and marketing plans by preparing objectives, strategies, and profit and loss projections. *Assures the successful launch of new segments and new channels by assuming responsibility for planning, promoting and introduction. Resolves channel conflicts. •Assists in the preparation of Service Center annual budgets to support the sales and marketing functions related Insulation Department. •Evaluate competitors’ services, determining market share and market trends and informs others by maintaining and distributing competitive comparisons and evaluations. •Monitors and tracks sales statistics and performance. Develops and implements sales process improvement initiatives. •Assists management planning by contributing performance data through written reports and presentations. •Develops a knowledgeable sales force in service lines by conducting and overseeing technical and business related in-house training. •Analyzes sales incentive programs and provides direction for modification, as needed. •Assists in marketing services by arranging for and participating in key exhibits, specialty shows, and field sales calls. •Facilitates coordination of sales activity by acting as liaison to other departments and functions. MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: A High School diploma, or GED equivalent, and prior HVAC work experience is desired. Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and selling skills are required. Must have two years of demonstrated sales experience. The ability to work evenings and weekends with minimal supervision is also required. This job requires the ability to read and interpret training material. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
