Job Description:
Individual is to perform routine maintenance and service on HVAC equipment in commercial applications. Candidate must have knowledge of a variety of equipment types including RTU’s, Split Systems, Chillers, Boilers, Water Source Heat Pumps, Cooling Towers, etc. Qualified individual should have strong mechanical background with the ability to troubleshoot and repair the various types of equipment mentioned above. Potential candidates should have a strong background in unit control wiring as well as brazing and soldering. The ability to fill out all required paperwork including service tickets, warranty registrations and start-up/checkout forms is a necessity. Technician must possess CFC and tradesmen certifications. Candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent Communication skills and clean driving record are a must. Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs. Must be able to climb and work on ladders as needed. Must be able to work overtime as required. All technicians serve in the on call rotation. Responsible for providing your own hand tools and gauges.
