Job Description:
M.E. Flow is looking for a positive, upbeat, energetic individual to join our inbound call-center team in Leesburg, VA. The Customer Service Representative supports the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service team by answering customer phone calls and scheduling appointments in our busy call-center. Previous call center and scheduling experience is required. Responsibilities: • Answering inbound calls to the office • Scheduling, canceling and rescheduling service visits • Closing out tickets and documenting technician arrival and departure times • Assist in customer service help as needed • Assist managers in administrative tasks as needed Minimum Requirements: • Minimum 2 years experience scheduling appointments and/or dispatching in a busy call center is required. • High school diploma • Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite • Previous experience with dispatch or call logging software • Excellent communications skills • Self-driven, results oriented individual • Ability to work some weekends and evenings • Prefer candidates located in the Leesburg/Ashburn area We believe that our company is only as good as the people we employ.
