Job Description:
M.E. Flow is looking for a positive, upbeat, energetic individual to join our inbound call-center team in Leesburg, VA. The Customer Service Representative supports the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service team by answering customer phone calls and scheduling appointments in our busy call-center. Candidates must be able to work between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday - Friday and participate in a rotation schedule to provide coverage on weekends and some holidays. Previous call center and scheduling experience is required. Responsibilities: •Answering inbound calls to the office •Scheduling, canceling and rescheduling service visits •Closing out tickets and documenting technician arrival and departure times •Answer customer questions and resolve customer concerns as needed •Assist managers in administrative tasks as needed Minimum Requirements: •Minimum 2 years experience scheduling appointments and/or dispatching in a busy call center is required. •High school diploma •Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite •Previous experience with dispatch or call logging software a plus •Excellent communications skills •Self-driven, results oriented individual •Ability to work some weekends and evenings We believe that our company is only as good as the people we employ.
