Job Description:
Growing Northern Virginia contractor seeks to add a new administrative team member who is outcome-oriented, reliable, organized, attentive to detail, and who possesses polished customer service and effective problem-solving skills! We’ve been serving our commercial, government and residential clients in the DC metro area and across the country since 1990. This is an opportunity with growth potential. Primary duties will be to provide support to the Business Development and Human Resources departments. Background in business strategy, marketing, growth and organizational development preferred. Responsibilities will include balancing multiple projects with ease using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and office equipment. Skill set requires professional phone skills, communication skills and computer savvy to include drafting, modifying, and finalizing documents. Other duties may include, but are not limited to, speaking with stakeholders, scheduling our services, supporting field personnel, scheduling, representing the company at business/outreach events, attending corporate meetings, assist in the preparation of project bids and proposals and other duties as assigned. Trademasters believes in professional growth and development of our staff. Regular, full-time daytime Monday through Friday schedule (9am-5:30pm) in a business casual environment, with potential for some overtime. Successful completion of background investigation and drug testing will be required. Contractor is a drug and alcohol-free employer. Veterans are encouraged to apply.
