Job Description:
You will be our technical expert on mechanical projects at Senior Living Communities. You’ll talk directly with customers to understand their needs and work with internal partners to propose and execute on solutions through a network of local 3rd party service providers who perform the work. If developing strategic solutions, completing technical review, participating in some Service Provider (SP) management, and sales support motivate you, then you are in the right place.

What You’ll Do and Impact:
Work directly with customers to understand their needs
Use your technical expertise to solve problems, create customer facing proposals and translate customer needs to third party service providers
Serve as the industry expert to support sales and customer service teams
Improve and maintain service provider performance
Mitigate loss on large and complex jobs, including but not limited to project net loss, bid/no bid decisions, complex strategy and supplier negotiation
What You’ll Need:
Associate Degree or equivalent apprenticeship along with 15+ years of applicable trade industry experience
Demonstrated extensive technical knowledge in one or many of the below service areas:
Landscaping, snow removal and other exterior building maintenance environments
HVAC systems maintenance and installation
Plumbing systems maintenance and installation
Electrical systems maintenance and installation
Willingness to accommodate the changing needs of a new business including scheduled work hours, occasional travel, customer service priorities and clerical duties
Travel <5% of the time
Valid, unexpired driver’s license with a good driving record required
Preferred Skills and Education
Minimum Experience Required:
Tenured Career (over 10 years)

High School Diploma
