Job Description:
We are looking for an eager HVAC Technician to join our team at Valley's Best Air Conditioning!
You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial customers. We are a rapidly growing company with many growth opportunities available to technicians of all skill levels.
Compensation Range:
$20-$40+/hour, based on experience
Experience Required:
2-4+ years experience preferred, although we are willing to train new technicians who are eager to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong customer service skills
- EPA Type II Certification
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check
