Job Description:
Residential HVAC Service Manager The Job You will build and lead an ideal service department to exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality service calls, every time. Must have direct management experience in a large (35+ technicians) residential service environment. Key Responsibilities Work with the dispatch department to make sure the right technician goes to the right job. Communicate directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure accurate communication of job or project status and requirements when needed. Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department. Monitor budgets, goals, and objectives to insure departmental profitability. Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to provide the right solutions and present the best options for the customer. Focus on improving the Customer Experience. Manage team schedule to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes. Ability to identify and implement Best Practices throughout the department. Inspire technicians to hit their goals. Desired Skills and Experience Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members. Prefer Nexstar Trained Manager Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction. Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives. Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment. Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications, ServiceTitan experience a plus.
