Job Description:
HVAC Service technicians responsibilities:
1-Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment
2-Troubleshoot and repair low voltage controls
(Last)-Overtime and weekend work is required
3-Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on Heat pumps, Central
AC, RTU, pumps, furnaces, etc.
4-Maintains all A/C testing equipment and tools in good condition.
5-Responsible for repairs, improvements, and installation of new HVAC
systems.
6-Utilizes electrical and mechanical tools, hand tools, ladders, scaffolds, lifts,
gauges, meter, etc. to perform required work.
7-Observes all gauge readings, pressure, temperature, and record as
necessary
8-Responds to the daily requests for HVAC services and assists the
coordinator in keeping records of work orders.
9-Reads blue prints/ specifications on HVAC systems and equipment.
10-Install ductwork, Piping, and HVAC equipment.

HVAC Service technicians must have:
-3 years HVAC experience
-Neat appearance
-Good communication skills
-Know how to conduct themselves at customers homes
-valid drivers license
-checkable references
-OSHA SST
Preferred Skills and Education
Minimum Experience Required:
Experienced (2-4 years)
Minimum Education Required:
High School Diploma
