TurboChyll is seeking to find a qualified HVAC Service Manager, HVAC Service Technician and HVAC Service Technician Apprentice to help assist in troubleshooting, repairs, solutions and management of remedial and complex project opportunities. Interested parties should express strong interpersonal and written communication, self-motivated and oriented to client and company satisfaction: Job Description Details: •Manage all aspects of the HVAC Service Department to ensure continued profit and growth •Ensure our team of Service Technicians are properly trained and provide the best quality service to our clients. •Problems solve issues with our clients and technicians daily. •Evaluate and prepare maintenance agreements •Determine costs; prepare quotes for service and replacement projects. •Identify and create new opportunities through all means of lead generation •Develop customer relationships with existing and prospective customers •Build partnering relationships with the owner and/or owner representatives responsible for the decision-making process •Assist Facility Management to achieve their business goals by meeting their operational needs and requirements through the most efficient and cost-effective recommendations and solutions including energy products. •Target and initiate contact with multiple prospective customers •Cultivate and maintain a network of contacts including existing and prospective customers •Work with management to keep them apprised of all progress Minimum 5–7-year’s progressive field experience. Experience in similar service sector desired but not necessary for select individual. Must possess high energy, self-motivation and excellent verbal & written communication skills as well as demonstrate a commitment to integrity and hard work. Benefits, salary and commission. HVAC Service Technician: We are seeking a HVAC Service Technician to perform Preventative Maintenance, Diagnosis and Repair of HVAC systems. Must have an understanding of Water- & Air-Cooled Systems, Split Systems, Package Units, Ductless Systems, Heat Pumps, Cooling Towers, Chillers (a plus), & Controls Troubleshooting.
