As a Technical Support Associate, you will be a part of a nationally recognized team that provides technical support and training to those in all stages of their HVAC careers. You would be predominantly responsible for phone support and in-person training with a primary focus on residential equipment including ductless.
On call? Nope.
Unpredictable hours? Nope.
Hours of daily driving from one call to the next? Nope!
