Job Description:
$2,000 Signing Bonus for Qualified Applicants! Anderson Heating & Cooling is a rapidly growing residential Heating, Cooling and Plumbing company located in Mentor, OH & Solon, OH. Currently growing at 20%+ over the past 5 years including 4 acquisitions, we are looking for highly energetic and talented individuals to join our team. With over 4,000 customers signed up for our service agreements, we are looking for future teammates, who have both a high mechanical aptitude and exceptional customer service skills As our entry level service technician position, we prefer a year or two HVAC experience, and/or graduation from a relevant vocational or trade school. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Complete HVAC in-home, tune-up calls to the company’s established standards. • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck. • Participate actively in all training exercises & company meetings • Confidently sell service agreements and Indoor Air Quality products where customer need exsits • Have, and maintain, a clean driving record • Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS: A successful candidate will effectively have and/or demonstrate the following competencies: • 1-2 years of HVAC experience is preferred • Strong mechanical aptitude and “customer service oriented” skills required • Ability to pass a consistent random drug screen BENEFITS & COMPENSATION • Depending on experience, and skill set, compensation range is $15 - $18 per hour • For those with 2+ years of HVAC experience, a signing bonus of $2,0000 is provided • For those with no HVAC experience, but who meet our requirements, a paid training period is provided • Paid vacation and a 401K with matching company contribution • Full Medical benefits • Complimentary Telemedicine program & Life Insurance Policy, and more
