Job Description:
$4,000 Signing Bonus for Qualified Applicants! Anderson Heating & Cooling is a rapidly growing residential Heating, Cooling and Plumbing company located in Mentor, OH & Solon, OH. Currently growing at 20%+ over the past 5 years including 4 acquisitions, we are looking for highly energetic and talented individuals to join our team. With over 4,000 customers signed up for our service agreements, we are looking for teammates, who have both a high mechanical aptitude and exceptional customer service skills For our senior level service technician position, we require 3-5 years of service/Install related HVAC experience, and the ability to handle moderate to complex level repairs. Additional responsibilities include: being able to identify “End of Life” for older pieces of HVAC equipment and convert them to installs, skill at selling Indoor Air Quality products and the ability to convert new customer service calls to our service agreement program. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Be on-time, and be me a model of courtesy, cleanliness and respect on every service call • Successful repair moderate to complex Heating and Air Conditioning issues • Know how to establish customer rapport to sell Indoor Air Quality products and service agreements • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. • Have, and maintain, a clean driving record • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck. • Participate actively in all training exercises & company meetings • Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS: A successful candidate will effectively have and/or demonstrate the following competencies: • 3-5 years of HVAC experience is required with advanced trouble shooting skills • Strong customer service focused personality with “soft selling” aptitude • Self-Starter with ability to mentor and coach entry level technicians • Ability to pass a consistent random drug screen BENEFITS & COMPENSATION • Depending on experience, and skill set, compensation range is $20+ per hour • A signing bonus of $4,0000 is provided • Paid vacation and a 401K with matching company contribution • Full Medical benefits • Complimentary Telemedicine program & Life Insurance Policy, and more
